1923-S 1C MS64 Red and Brown PCGS. Better-than-average striking definition for this issue, which is usually mushy on one side or the other. Scarce in all Mint State grades, this piece exhibits good luster although the original red is somewhat muted due to streaky, woodgrain effect on both sides. A blemish-free near-Gem cent, housed in a green label PCGS holder.(Registry values: N1793)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 22CB, PCGS# 2547, Greysheet# 1881)
