Description

1924-D Cent, MS66 Red and Brown
Low-Mintage Semikey Date
None Finer at PCGS

1924-D 1C MS66 Red and Brown PCGS. The 1924-D Lincoln cent retains the lowest production of the 1920s at just over 2.5 million coins. While available through Choice Uncirculated, all colors become conditionally rare in Premium Gem. This MS66 Red and Brown displays vibrant original copper mint mixed with warm hues of lavender and caramel-gold. The strike shows typical softness on the O in ONE and along the edges. A few tiny carbon spots and light marks account for the grade. PCGS reports no numerically finer examples (12/25).(Registry values: N4719)
