1927-D 1C MS65 Red PCGS. This lustrous Gem is sharply struck aside from minor inexactness on the LU in PLURIBUS. Campfire-red overall with a hint of aqua on the left obverse. A brief mark after UNITED is perhaps all that prevents an even higher grade. Population: 50 in 65 Red, 2 finer (7/08).From The Davis Conway Collection.(Registry values: N1793)
