Elusive Gem Red 1927-S Cent
1927-S 1C MS65 Red NGC. The 1927-S Lincoln cent issue is a difficult one, due both to strike and occasional planchet problems. This lustrous Red Gem has a better-than-average strike, save for softness on the O in ONE. The attractive surfaces are orange-gold with only a few trivial flecks.
