1929-D 1C MS66+ Red PCGS. CAC. Intense, warm red surfaces are not interrupted by any notable marks on the obverse, and a few tiny deeper marks are present at the upper reverse, out of the prime focal areas. Strike is strong, with fully defined wheat ears and significant detail in the hair strands. Combined with the Red Superb Gem, this coin becomes quite rare, with none graded finer at either service. Population: 68 in 66 (11 in 66+) Red, 0 finer. CAC: 17 in 66, 0 finer (7/25).(Registry values: N991)
