1935-D Lincoln Cent, MS67+ Red
Only One Coin Certified Finer
1935-D 1C MS67+ Red PCGS. Ex: Jerald L. Martin Collection. A
bright, fresh-looking 1935-D cent with none of the often-seen heavy
die wear. Each side shows even orange-red color with almost no
variation in hue. The strike is sharp throughout and no noticeable
abrasions are present. Only a dozen MS67+ Red coins have been
certified at PCGS, with one coin finer (11/18).Ex: Long Beach Signature (Heritage, 6/2016), lot 3159, which realized $3,290.
