Description

Scarce MS67 Red 1935-S Cent

1935-S 1C MS67 Red PCGS. The 1935-S Red cent has a different appearance than that seen on other issues. It has a more brownish-red cast. The issue that immediately comes to mind that is similar is the 1914-D, an issue that seldom has the bright copper-red color expected by collectors. This is an attractive, problem-free coin that was not struck from worn dies. Population: 7 in 67 Red, 0 finer (3/12).
