1936 Lincoln Cent, MS66+ Red
Doubled Die Obverse, FS-102
1936 1C Doubled Die Obverse, FS-102, MS66+ Red PCGS. CAC.
This interesting variety was initially hubbed with a hub from 1935
that had a broken left upright on the R in LIBERTY. It was then
rehubbed with a normal hub, producing strong doubling on the date,
motto, and legend. This high-end Premium Gem is well-detailed and
impeccably preserved, with brightly lustrous original red surfaces.
