Modern Condition Rarity
1960 1C Large Date MS67 Red PCGS. Whether few Superb Gem
Large Date cents were ever produced in 1960, or if the issue was
simply ignored and cast aside during the search for its scarce
Small Date brethren, Registry Set collectors are hard-pressed to
locate high-grade examples of either variety in Red. This gleaming,
salmon-orange example displays attractive red-orange highlights and
pervasive mint luster. A tiny mark above the N in ONE is the only
visible imperfection. Population: 7 in 67 Red, 0 finer
