1909 VDB Lincoln Cent, MS66 Red
FS-1101, Doubled Die Obverse
1909 1C VDB Doubled Die Obverse MS66 Red PCGS. CAC. FS-1101.
The doubling is most evident on the date and LIBERTY, though it is
also detected on the bowtie. This radiant bronze-gold example
displays additional hues of coppery-orange on the reverse. Surface
abrasions are minimal, as the grade suggests, and only a few faint
freckles are noticed under a lens. Population: 28 in 66 (9 in 66+),
7 finer. CAC: 18 in 66, 3 finer (4/22).From The Boulder City Collection.
