Description

1910-S Cent, MS67 Red
Tied for Finest Certified
An Exemplary Registry Candidate

1910-S 1C MS67 Red PCGS. Blazing mint luster engulfs this Superb Gem Red 1910-S Lincoln cent, producing vibrant yellow-gold and peach-orange hues across unabraded and carbon-free surfaces. The strike is bold throughout, adding to the incredible visual appeal. The 1910-S is a well-known better date, being an early San Francisco issue. However, its rarity in MS67 Red is often underappreciated. In this grade, it is rarer than the 1909-S VDB, and no finer pieces are known. That offered here is an outstanding Registry coin. Only one of the top five current highest-rated PCGS Registry Sets contains a comparable example of this issue. Population: 8 in 67 Red, 0 finer (3/19).
