1904 World's Fair Exhibit Medal with Box of Issue
1904 St. Louis World's Fair Exhibit Award Medal MS60 Uncertified. Hendershott 30-50, bronze, 65 mm. square. The medal was designed by A.A. Weinman. Light brown in color, the surfaces are undisturbed aside from a few distributed carbon flecks. Accompanied by its 90 mm. x 90 mm. red leatherette box of issue. The box cover bears the inscriptions UNIVERSAL EXPOSITION/1904/SAINT LOUIS and has a red felt interior that snugly houses the medal. The box is Good condition with edge wear, a corner tear, and repairable separation of the cover.(#661904)Coin Index Numbers: (PCGS# 661904)
