dime is among the finest certified examples and possesses
incredible eye appeal. The satiny fields are smooth and highly
reflective. All fasces bands are full and bold. One small tick each
on the pileus, or Liberty cap, and the neck are noted for
accuracy. Virtually unimprovable. Population: 9 in 68 Full Bands, 0
