Description

Desirable 1916-D Mercury Dime, VF Details

1916-D 10C --Improperly Cleaned--NCS. VF Details. Wafts of light yellow toning accent the mostly pale gray surfaces of this popular key date Mercury dime. Myriad abrasions are seen on both sides, but there are no individually significant marks. The rods in the fasces are clearly delineated, and the rest of the details are crisp. Although cleaned, this piece would make a nice--and relatively affordable--representative.(Registry values: N1793)
