1918 10C MS65 Full Bands PCGS. Well struck with just a touch of peripheral fadeaway in spots, with soft, frosty mint luster and ice-blue surfaces that show trace amounts of apricot color on each side. Surface blemishes are nonexistent. Conditionally scarce and highly attractive. (Registry values: N1793)
