1918-S 10C MS64 Full Bands PCGS. Lustrous surfaces display soft champagne-silver color imbued with light gray dapples on the obverse. Sharply struck design elements culminate in Full Bands in the middle and bold diagonal ones. A few minor grazes are hardly noticeable. Population: 61 in 64 Full Bands, 43 finer (4/09).(Registry values: N1793)
