Elusive Gem 1920-D Dime, Full Bands
1920-D 10C MS65 Full Bands NGC. This charming example of a semikey Mercury dime issue pairs a stone-white obverse with a chestnut-tinged reverse. Both sides display deep mint frost. All of the fasces are well detailed, not just the central bands but the verticals and diagonals as well. An elusive issue, seldom seen finer.
