Description

1921 Mercury Dime, MS65 Full Bands
Sharply Struck Semikey Date

1921 10C MS65 Full Bands NGC. The low mintage 1921 and 1921-D dimes are semikeys to the series, since the mints were busy striking silver dollars to fulfill the Pittman Act. Aside from a small mark on Liberty's neck, this brilliant and fully lustrous dime is virtually unabraded and provides outstanding eye appeal. The left border has a wire rim on both sides, evidence of the intricate strike. The dies are noticeably rotated clockwise.
