1923-S 10C MS65 Full Bands PCGS. This Gem Full Bands 1923-S
dime has two different surface textures, more mirrored and
semiprooflike on the obverse with prominent die polishing lines,
and frosty on the reverse. Neither side reveals any overt
abrasions, with light silver color tinged with gold accents.
