Description
1926-S Dime, MS62 Full Bands
Low-Mintage Branch Mint
1926-S 10C MS62 Full Bands PCGS. This 1926-S dime is a
sharply struck and lustrous example from a low-mintage issue of
only 1.52 million pieces. Subtle hues of lilac and caramel dance
along the periphery and complement a wonderful visual experience.
The reverse is pristine with only a couple of tiny nicks on the
fasces. Magnification reveals a thin, shallow line from Liberty's
eye to the rim above her cap, and while it limits the grade, it is
not fully detectable to the naked eye.Ex: New York Signature (Heritage, 6/2005), lot 5439.(Registry values: N1793)
