Description
Splendid 1927-S Mercury Dime, MS65 Full Bands
1927-S 10C MS65 Full Bands PCGS. David Lange (1993) states that fully struck, Gem quality 1927-S Mercury dimes are among the key dates for this immensely popular series. This bright, satiny example displays pristine surfaces that have a pale gold cast, along with faint touches of speckled russet on both sides. Faint die clash marks and a couple of spidery die cracks are noted on the obverse, but they do nothing to decrease the eye appeal of this intensely lustrous Gem.
