1928-D 10C MS64 Full Bands PCGS. Sharply struck and well preserved, this satiny near-Gem is virtually pristine. The nearly untoned light-gray surfaces reveal mere wisps of gold color on each side. If the luster were a bit stronger, this piece might have been graded as a Gem. (Registry values: N991)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 23HY, PCGS# 4969, GSID# 4564)
