1928-D 10C MS66 Full Bands PCGS. CAC. This Premium Gem Full Bands dime is nearly the finest obtainable of this elusive 1920s mintmarked issue, since NGC and PCGS respectively have certified only three Full Bands coins each in finer grades (3/10). The smooth, lustrous silver-white surfaces show just a trace of golden color at the center of each side.
