1928-D 10C MS66+ Full Bands PCGS. The 1928-D Mercury dime
issue with Full Bands is seldom seen above the MS65 grade level.
This MS66+ Full Bands piece is one of the top few certified at PCGS
for this strike and conditional rarity. This frosty piece has pale
pink and ice-blue tints with no mentionable contact. The eye appeal
is superb, the grade nearly so. The only visible strike weakness is
at the extreme tops of a couple of letters on the reverse.
