Description
MS66 Full Bands 1931-S Dime
1931-S 10C MS66 Full Bands PCGS. Wisps of golden-brown patina embrace this highly lustrous and attentively struck Premium Gem. Only inconsequential marks are present, and the obverse field is essentially pristine. Because of the Great Depression, circulation demand for dimes was diminished. Of the 1931-S, only 1.8 million pieces were struck, and no dimes at all were produced in either 1932 or 1933.(Registry values: N2998)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 23J9, PCGS# 4987, GSID# 4576)
