Description
Outstanding Superb Full Bands 1931-S Dime
1931-S 10C MS67 Full Bands PCGS. While the '31-S is not especially scarce in mint condition or with full bands (in spite of its low mintage of only 1.8 million pieces), it is conditionally challenging in superior states of preservation. And this piece certainly is well preserved. The surfaces are virtually mark-free and the mint frost is flashy and untoned. Very elusive in such condition, with a strike that is unimprovable. Population: 3 in 67, 0 finer (10/01).The Harold and Jan P. Kritzman Collection.
Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 23J9, PCGS# 4987, Greysheet# 4576)
