Description

Powerfully Impressed, Impeccably Preserved 1935-D Dime

1935-D 10C MS 67 Full Bands PCGS. Among those Mercury dime issues produced between 1934 and 1940, the 1935-D and 1939-S are on par in terms of high grade rarity. The present example displays incredibly well produced features and smooth surfaces that guarantee its Condition Census standing. The lack of toning allows the fulsome mint frost to leap from the surfaces with undiminished intensity. A coin that no advanced collection should be without. NGC and PCGS combined report only four coins at the present level and none finer (5/00).
From the Louis Bassano Collection.
