1936 10C MS68 Full Bands NGC. Only three examples have been certified as MS68 Full Bands by NGC, with none finer (06/08). A delightful band of teal, violet, and golden-brown toning runs along the perimeter of the obverse, which contrasts sharply against the essentially untoned and lightly frosted reverse.
