1939-D 10C MS68+ Full Bands PCGS. CAC. Splendid lemon-gold,
ruby-red, and jade-green patina adorns this thoroughly lustrous and
pristine Plus-graded MS68 specimen. Sharply struck save for slight
blending of detail near the rims, with Full Bands definition on the
fasces. The high quality within the grade and outstanding eye
appeal are attested by the CAC sticker. Population: 27 in 68+ Full
