1939-D Mercury Dime, MS69 Full Bands
Essentially Flawless, Beautifully Toned

1939-D 10C MS69 Full Bands PCGS Secure. The 1939-D Mercury dime is plentiful with Full Bands, so collectors can be selective when acquiring a high-end example. This MS69 Full Bands coin is quite frankly the finest possible quality available. One look at this piece, and the reasons for the grade become obvious: Luster is vibrant and frosty and, for all intents and purposes, flawless. This coin also showcases vivid toning on each side, starkly contrasted against areas of original silver-white. On the obverse, the upper and lower margins have deep olive-russet, pine-green, and crimson color. The reverse is toned to the left of the fasces in amber-gold, green, and teal. Population: 24 in 69 Full Bands, 0 finer (11/18).
