1939-S 10C MS67+ Full Bands PCGS. CAC. A delightful piece,
showing blazing-white luster on the obverse and flecks of amber,
olive, and gold around the reverse borders. Each side yields sharp
definition, even on the outer edges of the border legends. The eye
appeal easily matches the lofty technical grade. Finer pieces are
prohibitively rare, and many Registry collectors would consider
