Vibrant and Attractive Toning, CAC
No Numerically Finer Pieces at PCGS
1940 10C MS68 Full Bands PCGS. CAC. The issue of 65.35
million pieces from 1940 is plentiful in Full Bands through MS67, a
testament to the quality of the issue. As expected for the grade,
this Full Bands Superb Gem displays razor-sharp devices with
virtually no imperfections. The luminous surfaces on hues of
amber-gold, lavender and emerald-green accentuate a stunning
crescent rainbow on the reverse periphery. PCGS reports no
numerically finer Full Bands examples, only a dozen Plus-graded
