1940 10C MS68+ Full Bands PCGS. Luminous mint luster glistens beneath delicate ice-blue and champagne hues on this top-grade Registry coin. Fully struck devices and virtually flawless surfaces produce stellar visual appeal. The 1940 Mercury dime is rare in MS68 Full Bands. Plus-graded coins in this grade are almost never offered, and no numerically finer representatives are known. This is one of only two different MS68+ Full Bands examples that we have seen. Population: 51 in 68 (10 in 68+) Full Bands, 0 finer (1/24).
