1941 10C MS68 Full Bands NGC. CAC. This lot was the first
1941 dime certified as MS68 Full Bands by NGC, since it was
described as such in its 2002 auction appearance. Housed in a prior
generation holder. Gorgeous apple-green, ruby-red, and peach-gold
patina. A sharply struck and lustrous Superb Gem with pristine
surfaces. Census: 5 in 68 Full Bands, none finer (1/14).Ex: Long Beach Signature (Heritage, 9/2002), lot 6410, which realized $2,300.(Registry values: N991)
