Description
1942/1-D 10C AU58 NGC. CAC. FS-101, formerly FS-010.7. This piece displays just a trace of high point rub that separates it from Mint State. A couple of minor scrapes appear on Liberty's neck under a loupe, not terribly distracting but mentioned for accuracy. The obverse is pearl-gray while the reverse is deeper amber-gold, but much luster remains on both sides. Great eye appeal for this popular D-mint overdate.
