Description
Brilliant Uncirculated 1942/1-D Mercury Dime
1942/1-D 10C MS62 Full Bands PCGS. Very scarce in any condition but especially elusive in Mint State, very few D-mint overdates have surfaced in the 42 years since their discovery. This essentially untoned, near-Select example displays excellent luster and sharpness, leaving absolutely no doubt about its Full Bands designation. Only a few miniscule facial blemishes limit the grade.(#5041) (Registry values: N1793)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 23K6, PCGS# 5041, GSID# 4610)
