Description

1942-S Dime, MS67+ Full Bands
Elusive CAC-Approved Registry Coin

1942-S 10C MS67+ Full Bands PCGS. CAC. Although plentiful in MS67 Full Bands, the 1942-S is rare this fine with a Plus designation, and seldom is a CAC-approved coin encountered. This piece features both distinctions. Only six coins are finer at PCGS (5/19). Each side has a bold strike and remarkably vibrant, frosty mint luster. A tinge of gold around the borders frames the silver-white interiors. CAC: 75 in 67, 1 finer (5/19).(Registry values: N1793)
