Description
Ferdinand VI gold 8 Escudos 1750 Mo-MF MS60 NGC, Mexico City mint, KM150, Onza-600. A generally more difficult emission from the Mexican colonial 8 Escudos series, supposedly struck to a mintage of just 25,645 pieces, the vast majority of which were either subsequently remelted or saw significant circulation. Conditionally rare thus in Mint State, and seemingly even more attractive than the MS61-graded example that we offered in our January 2019 NYINC auction.Metal: Gold
Diameter: 36mm
Weight: 27.0674g
AGW: 0.798oz
