Unusual, Flat 151-Gram Gold Nugget From Australia
Flat 151-Gram Gold Nugget. Flat 151-Gram Gold Nugget. 4.85 troy ounces. Long, flat, and tapering in appearance. The consignor purchased this piece and the 576-gm and 1238-gm nuggets directly from the prospector who found them in Australia. This is quite different in appearance from the alluvial pieces, which are heavily worn by water, and it is also different from the irregular and deeply pitted appearance of other nuggets.
