1995-W $1 Silver Eagle PR69 Deep Cameo PCGS. The undisputed key date among the proof silver American Eagles, the 1995-W issue was the first in the series to bear the West Point mintmark and would be the only one to do so until 2000, when the New York facility coined another proof issue.
