1999 $1 Silver Eagle MS70 NGC. Ex: 20th Anniversary
Collection. With just 78 pieces awarded the ultimate grade by NGC
-- and none by PCGS -- as of (11/11), the 1999 silver American
Eagle is the condition rarity key of its series. As such, this
technically flawless example is of great importance, a silver
bullion coin turned Platinum Night-worthy. A couple of tiny,
mint-made deviations in the frosted surface, most notably a short
horizontal line under the T in LIBERTY, will permit recognition if
the coin is put in a different context. The strike, as almost
