Reverse of 1878, VAM-79
1878 7TF $1 Reverse of 1878, VAM-79, MS66 PCGS. A Hot 50
Variety. A long nock variety identified by minor die doubling and
lapping on both sides. Light golden toning near the date denies
full brilliance, but this lustrous first-year Morgan dollar has a
virtually pristine obverse field. A small reed impression below the
