1878 7TF $1 Reverse of 1879 MS65 NGC. VAM-202. The obverse exhibits die doubled stars and a lightly repunched date. This lustrous and crisply struck Gem displays stone-gray centers framed by butter-gold and ocean-blue margins.Ex: Pittsburgh Signature (Heritage, 8/2004), lot 6767, which realized $2,357.50.
