Reverse of 1879, One Finer at PCGS

1878 7TF $1 Reverse of 1879 MS66+ PCGS. The 1878 Seven Tailfeathers, Reverse of 1879 Morgan dollar is much scarcer than its Reverse of 1878 counterpart, particularly in high grades. Dappled multicolor toning covers much of each side, though the central obverse is mostly violet-gray. Boldly struck and original. Population: 35 in 66 (3 in 66+), 1 finer (4/20).(Registry values: P5, N4719)
