A Plus-graded Choice specimen from the first year of the Morgan design, this coin shows the 8 tailfeathers reverse used early in the year. The 8TF issue accounts for less than 10% of the Philadelphia mintage for the year. This Plus-graded Choice specimen offers sharply detailed, frosty design elements and deeply reflective prooflike fields. The brilliant surfaces are well-preserved and most attractive.
