1878-CC $1 Lines in Wings, VAM-11, MS64 Deep Mirror Prooflike
PCGS. A Top 100 Variety. Although undesignated as such on the
PCGS insert, this is the popular VAM variety with more than a dozen
bold die lines within the eagle's wings. Only a tiny percentage of
1878-CC VAM-11 Morgan dollars are designated Deep Mirror Prooflike,
but the present near-Gem offers glassy fields and radiant,
well-struck motifs. The margins exhibit cherry-red toning. VAM-11
