Description

Exciting 1878-CC Morgan Dollar, MS65 Prooflike

1878-CC $1 MS65 Prooflike PCGS. Remarkable prooflike fields show exciting cameo contrast against the frosted devices. Flashy luster accents the nearly fully struck design elements. A few wispy abrasions limit the grade, but they barely affect the spectacular eye appeal. Several tiny toning spots are the only signs of color on this otherwise brilliant representative. PCGS has certified just 12 Prooflike examples finer (7/08). (Registry values: P4, N1793)
