1878-CC $1 MS66 NGC. This example has a sharp striking impression, with frosty luster and bright silver-white surfaces with glints of rose at the centers. A faint patch of roller marks is present on the chin. A vibrant representative from the first year of issue, struck at the newest Mint at the time; the Carson City facility opened in 1870.
