Description

1878-CC Morgan Dollar, MS66
First-Year Branch Mint Issue

1878-CC $1 MS66 PCGS. The 1878-CC Morgan dollar represents the first year of the design and the issue is always in demand because of the charismatic CC mintmark. The 1878-CC is only slightly scarce in MS66 condition, but it is a prime condition rarity in finer grades. This delightful Premium Gem is sharply detailed and lustrous with impeccably preserved surfaces and terrific eye appeal. PCGS has graded eight numerically finer examples (1/26).(Registry values: P4, N2998)
