Description

Popular 1878-CC Dollar, MS66

1878-CC $1 MS66 PCGS. This is a well-struck and frosty essentially untoned specimen of this popular first-year Carson City issue, one that has few distractions of any kind that appear, even under a loupe. A few wispy peripheral die cracks are not at all unusual. PCGS has certified only four pieces finer (8/09).(Registry values: P4, N2998)
